Heritage Vancouver hosts an ongoing series called the brown bag LUNCH & LEARN talks. Next Wednesday April 27th the topic will be Southeast False Creek’s Salt Building, in a presentation called: The Salt Building: Salt for All.
The Salt Building
The guest speaker will be Russell Acton of Acton Ostry Architects and he will talk about the story of the rehabilitation and adaptive re-use of this historic industrial building as the social hub for the SE False Creek neighbourhood.
The talk will take place at the BCIT Downtown Campus at 555 Seymour Street on Wednesday the 27th from 12 – 1:30 pm. The cost is $12 each and, yes, you should bring a lunch.
