Central Brings Iconic Architecture to S.E. False Creek
The Site for Central
The site for Onni’s Central is the old Dodge Chrysler dealership site immediately south of the McDonalds between Main St and Quebec St. I learned that the Burger King site, next door to this one, is owned by Bosa.
The two main towers will be 10 stories each. One, along the Quebec St. side will be residential, but the one facing Main St. will be commercial.
Central will be built to LEED Silver Equivalent and will be connect to the Neighbourhood Energy Utility.
