There will be an extension of Switchmen Street, the new street that runs between Main Street and Quebec Street. This may include a cross-walk that will allow residents at Block 100, Lido and Central easier access to the Seawall and the Village Shops. A new street will also be created, Pullman Porter Street, that will connect East 1st Ave to Switchmen St.

The Sales Centre
The 4,000 square foot the Sales Centre will feature a complete two bedroom plus den display suite. Sales are expected to commence in the summer of 2015. It is presently (end of May 2015) under construction just north of 1st Ave. and Quebec St, and just south of the Telus World of Science (Science World).
