Block 100 Development Offering $25,000 Off
Onni Group’s other Southeast False Creek development, Block 100, is offering up to $25,000 off select homes until the end of December 2013. Overshadowed by it’s bigger, sexier sibling Central, Block 100 will be built on the Burger King site on Quebec Street. It will take a similar form to Meccanica by Cressey, which is just across 1st Avenue to the souths, and Lido by Bosa Properties which is right next door. There will be a mid-rise tower on Quebec Street and a lower longer section, or podium, running east towards Main Street.
