I just got back from a great two week vacation Hornby Island. While I was away the British Columbia Real Estate Association (or BCREA for short) released the following report. Maybe you heard about in the news. To me this seems like no news at all. Small year-over-year statistical changes are never a great insight into the where the market is going.
