The ongoing Century 21 Canada Home Critics Survey is trying find out what kind of home critic we are. I came up as the DIY’er; which my wife would find amusing. Overall though BC has come up as the Property Psychic. We like to think we can predict the future.
We do not like outdated electrical, plumbing, etc, and our biggest home choice factor is the potential for a homes value to increase.
