Open House October 17th To Learn More About Concert Properties Southeast False Creek Plan
You have likely seen the Concert Properties sign at the corner of 1st and Quebec. Preliminary renderings have been released for the 5 tower project on the 6.4-acre site that is bounded by Quebec St, 1st Ave, the Ontario St (in the Olympic Village), and the seawall to the north. Towers are proposed to be between 12 and 18 stories and the project will include a 2.7 acre park. No retail component is mentioned.
Concert Properties will be hosting an open house at Science World on Thursday October 17th. This is your chance to ask questions about their plans for Southeast False Creek. Representatives from the City and Concert will be there. You can view the Application for Rezoning on the City’s website here.
