Food Cart Fest is Now YVR Food Fest
Moving into it’s 5th year the event now known as YVR Food Fest has morphed from a summer long weekends event in the Olympic Village into one epic weekend of awesome food, in the Olympic Village.

“YVR Food Fest’s new direction expands on our previous work by including different communities, generating dialogue, and pushing boundaries around food culture,” said Ernesto Gomez of Arrival Agency, the company responsible for organizing the festival, in a press statement.
New this year will be local and international culinary talent collaborating on long table dinners, food talks, private dinners, and cocktail parties. The flagship event will be the Street Food Showdown: a two-day gathering of 80+ food carts, restaurants, wineries and breweries. During this event participating food vendors will be offering up an unlimited tasting menu for a two-hour feeding frenzy.
