The Wall Centre False Creek was developed by Wall Financial and is located immediately across West 1st Avenue from the Village on False Creek (the Olympic Village). It is a four tower development with 558 suites and towers up to 18 stories.
It was pre-sold in 2010 and the the towers were ready for occupancy in the late summer and early autumn of 2013. The development includes a 44,000 square foot rehearsal and set building facility, plus a 260-seat 4,000-square-foot studio theatre. Originally planned for the now defunct Vancouver Playhouse Theatre Company, the space will now be used by the Arts Club and Bard on the Beach.
